Never ending search for [toy] storage.

I'm always looking for containers to store the endless toys O acquires.

So I covered some of the Huggies bum wipe boxes we get. I covered them in contact (bought from KMart - this is starting to sound like an ad for the store... it's in Marrickville Metro, cheap 'n easy!). It was back to school time - the contact was cheap and there were some good ones. Like sparkles, space (we are really into The Way Back Home at the mo') and Pac-Man.

Aah, the hole in the sparkle box - is a slot for eyes as this box also doubles as O's robot head!

"Cook, cook, cook on your stove."

Our boy's play area and much of his time is spent in the kitchen, and as a result he loves to play 'cooking'. A while ago I bought a whole lot of cheap kitchen utensils (not play ones, real ones) from Tokutokya - a 100 Yen shop in the Bondi Junction mall. On the weekend I finally made a start on the stove I've been wanting to make.

I found Huggies boxes to be the perfect size - face them in opposite directions and tape together. Once you've got the basic structure, you can decorate to your fancy! Even draw on some cooking spills:)
