We made Dad's Day pancakes today - as I wanted to make them with O, which takes a little longer and on Father's Day tomorrow we have a family lunch and will be making an early-ish start...
O loves cooking, and can identify a whisk when asked. So it's great - I can ask for the ingredients and utensils - butter, eggs, whisk, mixing bowl... and he pulls them all out and gets them ready for use! I used an Annabel Karmel recipe which I've used before and we substitute the butter with nuttalex and milk with soy milk, due to O's intolerances.
The result was yummy pancakes all round with fruit salad and yoghurt for brekky.
Bon appetit Dad's!
